Influencers from all areas of the DC Metropolitan community will come together this October to celebrate the 50th anniversary
of the award-winning magazine that Washington lives by, Washingtonian. This invitation-only celebration will include over 850+ luminaries of the business community, members of government, members from the service, arts and media industry as well as local tastemakers and VIPs. Invitees will enjoy delectable fare, open bar, live music, dancing, and a night of surprises as they celebrate 5 decades of the official city regional magazine of the nation’s capital. As a sponsor of Washingtonian’s 50th Anniversary Party, your organization’s alignment with this powerhouse media brand will resonate while priceless access will be given to the elite group of attendees for an unforgettable evening. In honor of our 50th Anniversary, Washingtonian will give $50,000 to five local charities: Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington, Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Children’s National Medical Center, Ford’s Theater, and Junior Achievement of Greater Washington. Ad units will include a 300x250 medium rectangle and 728x90 leaderboard. ✭ Email marketing: Exclusive sponsorship of one “Where + When” e-newsletter reaching 25,500+ opt-in subscribers. Date will be reserved upon program commitment. Includes one 300x600 web ad and 65 words of text that can accommodate up to three URL links. EVENT NIGHT: ON-SITE BRANDING ✭ SPONSOR LOUNGE: During the event, Washingtonian will create a customized lounge that reflects the color scheme and overall look and feel of your company. Within this customized lounge, company logo will be prominently displayed on printed signage and branded items (such as cocktail napkins, etc.), created by Washingtonian. Additionally, your guests will enjoy Champagne and treats branded with your company’s logo, while enjoying refreshments and a private space to network and socialize. ✭ Logo will be projected on the wall of the event. ✭ 20 tickets to Washingtonian’s 50th Anniversary Party, which may be used to invite colleagues, elite clients, and business associates. ✭ Logo on signage throughout event (screens, printed signage, etc.). ✭ Logo on step-and-repeat at event entrance. ✭ Washingtonian will create a branded cover photo station where guests will be invited to pose for a professional photographer.
