Belvedere Ballrooms in downtown Baltimore have been lovingly preserved for over 100 years. Host to Kings, Queens, Presidents, and Society’s Elite, each ballroom has character as unique as each bride and groom. The Belvedere Ballrooms are available for weddings of 40 to 400 for brunch, lunch, dinner, and cocktail receptions.
Belvedere Brides & Grooms enjoy a personal Belvedere & Co. Events Wedding Coordinator to assist with vendor recommendations, menu consultation, event details and design, and day-of coordination.

Dazzle your guests at the 13th Floor in the Belvedere with breathtaking views of the city, superior fine dining and cocktails, and top notch service. The amenities and services available to you when you host your wedding reception at the 13th Floor will help you discover why “It’s Good at the Top”.
The 13th Floor offers options for brunch, lunch, dinner, and cocktail wedding receptions. The space can accommodate up to 68 guests for seated and served receptions, or cocktail receptions up to 100 guests.
Our Event Specialist will guide you through your wedding planning and can offer assistance with menu selections, vendor recommendations, day-of timeline and details.

TOUR THE BELVEDERE.
A BRIEF HISTORY
The Belvedere was built in 1903 as Baltimore’s first luxury hotel. Named after General John Eager Howard’s estate the Belvidere which was located ~1 block away, the Belvedere Hotel was the tallest building in Baltimore at 188’ in 1903.
Once called “the Crown Jewel of Baltimore,” the Belvedere was the place to go for society’s elite. The Belvedere Hotel was the premier lodging in Baltimore during the first half of the twentieth century.
Belvedere means “beautiful view” and from the Grand and Platinum Ballrooms on the 12th floor and the elegant 13th Floor restaurant, you can see why The Belvedere earned her name. The building originally had a barbershop and pool hall in the basement, as well as shops, a tea room, hotel bar, and even a pool.
