WHO WE ARE Perfect moments are created one detail at a time. Engaging Affairs is the D.C. area's premier wedding planning company, creating the city's most gracious and glamorous weddings since 1996. We’ve been ranked #1 in Washingtonian magazine nine times and have won multiple awards for our gorgeous weddings. We’ve designed weddings for movie stars, politicians and professional athletes. Our couples don’t compete for our time with corporations or nonprofits (although we think both are perfectly lovely). We don’t keep busy by styling birthday parties (but we are all about birthday cake). For us there is never anything more important than planning the perfect celebration of a marriage. Whether it’s a multi-day South Asian bash, an intimate same-sex ceremony or a swanky museum affair, we thrive on being a part of a day devoted solely to celebrating love. We believe each couple’s love is unique and it’s our goal to create weddings that are just as unique. Talk about a dream job! Beyond getting our love fix, we are all about making our couples' engagement the best time of their lives.
